We will use our best efforts to ensure that the personal information you submit to us is kept private and confidential and only used for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. By continuing to use our services you consent to us processing information supplied by you as explained in this Privacy Policy.

This privacy policy explains what personal information we collect from you in compliance with UK and European law.

What information do we collect?

The information that we collect and store relating to you is primarily used to enable us to provide our services to you. 

During our normal business activities, we email out an Exhibitor Order Form either directly to you or via our Client who is organising the Event. This form collects your contact information (name, organisation, email address, etc) and the equipment you wish to hire. This is for the purpose of creating an invoice. The invoice is then emailed back to you and then you would either pay via credit card using a card payment link that is provided by Worldpay. Or our bank details are on the form for you to pay by invoice. 

The order form may be stored until the event is complete and payment has been received for services rendered. 

The process of your information is done by one staff member, no other staff members have access to the information, apart from to know the company name and equipment they have booked.

Your data will be retained for no longer than is necessary or required by law, and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We will review our data retention regularly, and at a minimum of every 2 years.

The Data Protection Act

We are dedicated to safeguarding and preserving your privacy when communicating electronically with us. We will only use information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We do not share your data with any third party, it is only used by Lovedays Audio Visual Limited to meet our commitments to you.
